QUALITY TEAM MEMBERS DEDICATED TO EACH MISSION

Site Manager

Manage operations, oversee quality control, communicate with sub-contractors and report to the corporate office.

Quality Control Manager

Report to the Site Manager and supply daily reports to the Site Manager for delivery to the Customer.

Organize and coordinate equipment reviews, maintain and track supplies, track expenditures, bills, and invoices for goods and services, ensure proper cleanliness, sanitation and waste disposal.

Site Installation Staff

Build temporary structures and billeting, plumb and connect water system and setup kitchen, showers and laundry trailers.

Chef

Oversee kitchen operations, staff and daily menus.

Inventory and reorder all cold and dry goods inventory.

Sign off on daily meal reports.

Laundry Staffing

Manage  24 hour fluff and fold service.

Track laundry through scheduling and bagging system of occupant laundry.

Portable Water Truck Driver

Deliver water from an approved certified potable water source to water tanker or holding tank on site.

Fill and maintaining appropriate levels of water supply.

Check and maintain all pumps and connections to ensure no interruption of services.

Gray Water Truck Drivers

Service all equipment following peak usage hours in the morning and the evening.

Schedule pumping: will be determined after first week of operations.

Gray water will be dumped at an approved dump station.

Check and maintain all pumps and connections to ensure no interruption of services.

Fuel Delivery Service

Service equipment following peak usage hours in the morning and the evening.

Schedule refills: will be determined after three days of operations.

Check and maintain all connections to ensure no interruption of services or spills.

Utility Staff

Ensure that equipment facilities are kept clean and free of dirt and debris.

Perform routine cleaning twice daily and on an as-needed basis, (e.g. cleaning of spills to prevent any projects that could threaten the health or safety of the staff and occupants).

Spot cleaning, mopping up spills, filling up paper towel, toilet tissue and hand soap dispensers when needed.

Assist with preparation of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Assist with serving meals and resupplying cold and dry goods trailers.

Other Support

Medical Aid

  • Full-time general physicians and/or nurses located at First Aid stations can be provided at base camps

 

Security Services

  • Armed or unarmed security can be provided at base camps

Traffic Control

  • Can provide on a large scale at base camp, for line crews, or for any other event
