Site Manager

Manage operations, oversee quality control, communicate with sub-contractors and report to the corporate office.

Quality Control Manager

As a Site Coordinator, you report to the Site Manager and supply reports for the Customer. Your duties include organizing equipment reviews, tracking supplies and, and ensuring cleanliness and proper waste disposal on site.

Site Installation Staff

Build temporary structures and billeting, plumb and connect water system and setup kitchen, showers and laundry trailers.

Chef

Oversee kitchen operations, staff and daily menus.

Inventory and reorder all cold and dry goods inventory.

Sign off on daily meal reports.

Potable Water Truck Driver

Deliver water from a certified potable source to the onsite tanker or holding tank. Maintain appropriate water supply levels and ensure all pumps and connections are functioning to avoid service interruptions.

Gray Water Truck Drivers

Service all equipment after peak morning and evening hours. schedule will be set after the week of operations. Gray water will be disposed of at an approved dump station. Regularly check and maintain all pumps connections to ensure uninterrupted.

Fuel Delivery Service

Service equipment following peak usage hours in the morning and the evening.

Schedule refills: will be determined after three days of operations.

Check and maintain all connections to ensure no interruption of services or spills.

Utility Staff

Keep equipment and facilities clean and free of debris. Perform routine cleaning twice daily and as needed. Spot clean spills and refill paper towels, toilet, and soap dispensers as required. Assist with meal preparation and for all meals, and resupply cold and dry goods trailers.

Laundry Staffing

Manage 24 hour fluff and fold service.

Track laundry through scheduling and bagging system of occupant laundry.

Medical Aid

Full-time general physicians and/or nurses located at First Aid stations can be provided at base camps

Security Services

Armed or unarmed security can be provided at base camps

Traffic Control

Can provide on a large scale at base camp, for line crews, or for any other event
