SEBASTIAN ALONSO
VICE PRESIDENT | LOGISTICS
Sebastian Alonso was born in Uruguay, South America, and moved to the United States in 2003. Today, he proudly calls Coastal Georgia home. Sebastian began his journey with Beachview 15 years ago as a Warehouse Manager for Beachview Events. Over the years, he has taken on increasing responsibilities, leading multiple departments before ultimately serving as Director of Operations for Beachview Events. His first introduction to emergency response came during Hurricane Sandy in New York, where he was deeply involved in logistics coordination and resource allocation. That experience sparked a lasting passion for high-impact, fast-paced response work. Since then, Sebastian has played a hands-on role in every national and international deployment Beachview has supported. Among the most notable were a nine-month mission to Puerto Rico in 2017 to assist with power restoration following Hurricane Maria, and Operation Allies Welcome, where he led turnkey base camp operations supporting over 5,000 individuals for more than six months.
Now serving as Vice President of Logistics at Beachview Logistics, Sebastian brings a deep well of field experience, operational knowledge, and a strong commitment to service. He thrives on strategic planning and solving complex challenges—always alongside what he proudly calls “the best team in the business.” Outside of work, Sebastian enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily—whom he met at Beachview 10 years ago—and their four children: Santi, Winnie, Lulu, and Eliza. His favorite pastime is cooking for family and friends.
