As CFO of a group of companies spanning equipment and event rentals, logistics, disaster recovery, and energy solutions, he plays a critical role in driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across diverse sectors. Joel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1992 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1997. Prior to taking on the CFO role, he served as a managing partner of a CPA firm specializing in tax planning, financial reporting, and advisory services for businesses across multiple industries. Over the past decade, Joel has overseen more than $400 million in government contracts, maintaining a strong track record of compliance, fiscal accountability, and contract optimization. With a unique blend of private practice and executive experience, he brings a results-driven approach to financial management and strategic planning.
